Weapon Bob and Footsteps Added

Added weapon bob and footsteps to the game. Fixed the glitch where the weapon would go into the wall when getting to up close to it. The bob and the footsteps were easy, but fixing the glitch was not. At first I tried enabling collisions on the weapon, but that caused all sorts of havoc, so I ended up with a collision ray from the head to check if something is right up front (in which case, hide the weapon).
